- Simple Credit Card Connect (C3)
Simple Credit Card Connect (C3) is a pioneering application that allows sales and transaction authorization processing to occur between a retailer’s POS system and a card acquirer’s on-line authorization (OLA) system. C3’s software application emulates a card acquirer’s POS/EDC (POS-point of sale, EDC-electronic data capture) terminal. The POS/EDC terminal which is used to communicate with the card acquirer’s host will now reside in the retailer’s POS system through the C3 software, thus allowing direct communication to the card acquirer’s host
